Online Referral Program

Provider Training

Child Care Providers of all kinds enroll for free on our child care database. Families searching for child care online will be able to find information about your program.

How it works:

Child Care Providers send information to us and Metro CCR&R staff enter it into our database. Information is updated as often as the provider chooses to update, but must be at least every 90 days or we remove the provider's record from our database.

Parents have access to our database two ways:

  • One month or one year paid membership giving them 24 hour access to the referral database
  • Free access as part of a benefit program through their employer

Information given to families about the provider is limited to only that which is relevent to child care. We do not give out a provider's email address or exact location. We also do not give out information for mailing lists, other than to send our own helpful Metro CCR&R newsletters.
